Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) is strongly influenced by insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormone imbalance.
Food choices play a major role in improving symptoms, weight, and menstrual regularity.

🌅 Early Morning

  • 1 fruit (apple/pear/guava)
