Professor, Dept. of Nutrition Food Service Management and Dietetics has participated and presented oral presentation entitled "Physico Chemical and Sensory Properties of formulated cookies using Millet's"  awarded the best oral presentation at Diamond jubilee celebrations, UGC sponsored National Conference on   Scientific  perspectives of Home Science at  Avinash Lingam University, coimbatore on 6th and 7th March 2017.
